How your program is defined
Each proposal sets the visit schedule, inspection scope, maintenance allowance and reporting deliverables. Parts, major repairs, replenishment materials, deep cleaning and specialized testing are quoted separately unless expressly included.
Our care approach is informed by CPSC maintenance guidance, applicable references and manufacturer instructions. Owners continue routine checks between scheduled visits. Visual surfacing and accessibility observations do not establish tested performance; impact testing and specialized accessibility evaluations require a separate scope.
