Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Skyline coordinates planning, product selection, site preparation, surfacing, installation and closeout for complete new builds and renovations. The proposal defines the full project scope.

  • Yes. All six product categories are offered as supply only or supply with installation: playground equipment, surfacing, shade structures, shelters, fencing and gates, and site furnishings.

  • Yes. Skyline Playground Care offers Safety for an annual comprehensive inspection, Protect for quarterly care and Complete for ongoing managed support. Repairs and restorations are also available.

  • Comprehensive playground inspections are led by a current Certified Playground Safety Inspector. Reports document inspected conditions, findings and recommended actions within the agreed scope.

  • Repairs address specific damaged or worn components. Restorations renew deteriorated assets through specialized work such as fiberglass repair, refinishing, corrosion treatment and protective coatings. Complete renovations can update the broader playground layout, products and amenities.

  • The care programs include surfacing condition observations. Instrumented impact testing and specialized accessibility evaluations are separate services and must be expressly included in the proposal.

  • New builds, complete renovations and product sales serve the Northeast. Service & Maintenance, inspections, repairs and restorations serve New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.

  • Schools, childcare centers, municipalities, parks, HOAs, property managers, nonprofits, churches, builders, developers and architects. Our restoration offering also supports aquatic and amusement facilities.
